about

From Jenny Dee: I wrote these songs that are a little outside of the regular Jenny Dee stuff, and thought I'd share them with you all.

"You Had it All" (a duet with Roy Sludge) was written right before Jenny Dee & The Deelinquents started up. "Never" was born out of an idea I couldn't shake for years, and "Lookin for Clues" is a song I wrote a while back that has been played several times by The Downbeat 5.

Other members of "Several Men of Mystery" include Bill Janovitz, Chris Toppin (not a man, but ballsy!), Duke Levine, Tom Arey, Ed Valauskas, Ben Zecker, Matt Pynn and Eric Salt. The Masters of Mystery are the incomparable team of Ed Valauskas (producer) and Pat DiCenso (engineer). I'm honored to have these people as part of my music.

about

Jenny Dee & The Deelinquents Boston, Massachusetts

Jenny Dee & The Deelinquents started out playing music that sounded as if it could have been cut in 1964: “There isn't a music on earth that better suits D'Angora's voice than girl-group-era R&B, with bonus points for writing songs that hold their own next to the classics.“ - The Boston Phoenix
Their new single "Getaway" is more like late 70's Blondie meets the Xanadu Soundtrack. Enjoy!
