about

"Idle Hands" is a dark farmhouse single from Jenny Dee & The Deelinquents and their first recording with guitar player, Brian Martin (ex- Muck & The Mires). The song takes the band a bit country-fried, a separation from its girl group beginnings, and boasts some bad ass harmonica playing by G. Love.

about

Jenny Dee & The Deelinquents Boston, Massachusetts

Jenny Dee & The Deelinquents started out playing music that sounded as if it could have been cut in 1964: “There isn't a music on earth that better suits D'Angora's voice than girl-group-era R&B, with bonus points for writing songs that hold their own next to the classics.“ - The Boston Phoenix
Their new single "Getaway" is more like late 70's Blondie meets the Xanadu Soundtrack. Enjoy!
